The Bowie Library
The mission of the Bowie Library is twofold. First, it is to promote student use by providing a welcoming environment to foster an appreciation of reading, gathering information, and learning. Secondly, it is to collaborate with teachers, students, and the community to make accessible a variety of resources that are necessary for student research. To access library resources available to students, please go to teacherweb.com/TX/BowieHighSchool/Library/.
The Bowie Library offers extended hours to provide students with a great deal of time to use our excellent resources. Please visit our library and encourage your students to do the same. Students do not need passes to visit the library except during their class periods.
Location:
The Bowie Library is located in the center of the Academic Building facing the courtyard.
Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
- The library is open during 4th and 5th lunch periods.
