This PTSA and Student Council-hosted event brings Bowie students
together for a fun evening of music, friends, and school spirit.
HOW TO ATTEND
You BUY a ticket → you RECEIVE a wristband → you SHOW the wristband + student ID to enter.

Online purchases can be picked up during both lunches October 21–23 in the courtyard.
Cash and card purchases will also be available during both lunches October 21–23 in the courtyard.
Students must be present and have their current Bowie Student ID to purchase or pick up a wristband.
Pick up your wristband in advance to speed up dance check-in.
BRING A GUEST
Students wishing to invite a non-Bowie guest need to complete the following required steps.

You must either pick up a Guest Approval Form (printed on blue paper) from the front office, the Library, from Mr. Garcia's classroom, or printed out from the linked PDF below.

Return the completed form to the front office by October 21 at 5PM.

Purchase the guest's wristband between October 12-23.

Pick up your pre-approved guest's wristband at the special guest table at the door. Guest must present a valid photo ID in order to check-in, receive their wristband, and enter.
Only guests that have been pre-approved by Bowie admin will be admitted.
You will be informed by admin if your guest is not approved.
VOLUNTEER & DONATE
FORMAL WEAR DONATIONS
We are also collecting gently used dresses and other formal wear for students who may need assistance finding an outfit for the dance.
Drop off donations at the front office by October 21.
Contact Hallé Whittington with questions or if your student is in need of something to wear.
GOOD TO KNOW
Bowie Student ID and wristbands are required for entry
(this can be a photo of the ID on their phone)
There will be photo booths and photo backdrops to capture fun pictures
The dance is a semi-formal event
No re-entry once a student has left the dance
Lost wristbands will require an additional wristband purchase
Event is outdoors in the School Courtyard
Consider bringing cash or Venmo, Apple Pay and/or credit card to buy snacks at the event.
